Meet the team physicians behind this year's Super Bowl matchup

Orthopedic Sports Medicine

The Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams will compete in the 2022 Super Bowl, set for Feb. 13, after both teams won their respective conference championship games Jan. 30.

Here are the head physicians who treat the athletes:

Cincinnati Bengals

Marc Galloway, MD, has been the head team physician for the Bengals since 2011. He's an orthopedic surgeon at Cincinnati Sports Medicine Research and Education Foundation. His practice focuses on sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery and soft tissue reconstructive procedures of the knee and shoulder. He also volunteers as a team physician for local high schools in Ohio.

Los Angeles Rams

Neal ElAttrache, MD, is the head team physician for the Rams and works at Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles. He's also the head team physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Additionally, he serves as an orthopedic consultant for Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Lakers and Anaheim Ducks.
