Brian Fiani, DO, a neurosurgeon joining Livonia, Mich.-based Mendelson Kornblum group in 2023, has published his 100th peer-reviewed journal publication at the age of 32, according to an Oct. 13 email sent to Becker's.
His 103 publications have nearly 10,000 reads and over 700 citations.
Dr. Fiani is currently completing a fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City, where he specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery and research.
Upon completion of his fellowship, he will become Mendelson Kornblum's first practicing neurosurgeon.
He is also the youngest member of the American Osteopathic Association board of trustees.
