Here are three spine surgeons and neurosurgeons in the news this past week.

Michael Roh, MD, co-founder of Rockford (Ill.) SpineCenter, shared his insight on cervical spine surgery during a panel at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in New York City.

 

Jerome Kaufman, MD, Urbana, Ill.-based CarleFoundationHospital's first neurosurgeon, passed away at the age of 81.

 

New York City-based Mount SinaiHospital's spine center named Sheeraz Qureshi, MD, associate director.
