Vladimir A. Sinkov, MD, is an orthopedic spine surgeon at Bedford-based New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center.

He specializes in treating degenerative conditions of the spine, stenosis, disc herniations, spinal deformities and instability. His interests include minimally invasive procedures, motion preservation technology and orthobiologics.


Dr. Sinkov has published several articles and book chapters on spine surgery and in the past served as an editor for the spine surgery section of Practical Reviews in Orthopaedic Surgery, a monthly publication. He utilizes minimally invasive techniques in many operations.


He obtained his medical degree at Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and stayed in Baltimore to complete his residency at Union Memorial Hospital and his spine surgery fellowship at St. Joseph Medical Center with Dr. Paul McAfee.
