Spine Surgeon Leader to Know: Dr. Scott Lederhaus of Inland Neurosurgery Institute

Scott Lederhaus, MD, is a neurological surgeon practicing with Pomona, Calif.-based Inland Neurosurgery Institute. He also provides care at Casa Colina Surgery Center in Pomona. He is a member of American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and California Association of Neurological Surgeons.

Dr. Lederhaus is certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He has a professional interest in back injuries and infections, head and neck disorders, spinal fractures and spinal stenosis. He is GAMMA Knife-trained and certified. He also has an active interest in ethics and is a member of the board of the Association for Medical Ethics, which is dedicated to evidence-based medicine. He has spoken at a symposium discussing medical ethics and is a member of the Association for Ethics in Spine Surgery.

 

Dr. Lederhaus earned his medical degree at Rush Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago. He completed his neurosurgical residency at the University of California, Irvine.
