After completing his residency, Dr. Pilkington set up a practice in Dover that focused on patient-centric care. He played a crucial role in addressing various orthopedic challenges for patients in the region.
While the cause of death has not been released, the loss was sudden, according to the report.

At the age of 49, Dr. Pilkington left a lasting impact on the field of orthopedics, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, expertise, and dedicated patient care,” Bayhealth said in a statement sent to Milford Live. “The news of Dr. Trinity Pilkington’s passing has left both the medical community and his patients in shock. … We will continue with Dr. Pilkington’s passion for delivering exceptional care to his patients. In the coming days, Dr. Pilkington’s patients will be contacted by our Bayhealth Orthopedics team to discuss options.”
