1. Edward Vresilovic Jr., MD, PhD, became the new chief medical officer at Camber Spine.

2. Medtronic is bringing on 3M's Ivan Fong as two company executives move to retire.

3. Spinal Simplicity's Minuteman implant device was granted indication for treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis by the FDA.
