The surgery was featured on a March 1 episode, according to a March 11 news release. The procedure corrected a meniscus issue using stem cell technology and peptide therapy to reverse arthritis.
Dr. Raj is an orthopedic surgeon at Beverly Hills (Calif.) Orthopedic Institute. He's appeared as a guest on "The Doctors" multiple times.
