Moab (Utah) Regional Hospital recently added orthopedic surgeon Kimberly Franke, MD, to its medical staff, reports Moab Sun News.
Dr. Franke specializes in shoulder replacements, shoulder instability, rotator cuff repair and fractures.
She also performs general orthopedic surgery, including knee reconstructions and hip replacements.
Dr. Franke graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson, where she also completed an orthopedic surgery residency.
She completed a fellowship in orthopedic shoulder and elbow surgery at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa Bay and also holds a masters in applied biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
