Here are 128 orthopedic surgeons who received honors, awards and promotions in 2018 so far.

Tom Johns, MD, of Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tenn., received the Olin Williams Distinguished Service award.

Chicago-based Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, the largest independent physician-owned orthopedic practice in the U.S., appointed William Robb III, MD, orthopedic director and CMO.

Cetas Healthcare appointed Jacques-Paul Saltre, MD, PhD, to its board of experts as its orthopedics and surgical care industry expert.

Dallas-based Medical City Children's Hospital named Shyam Kishan, MD, medical director of pediatric orthopedics and pediatric orthopedic trauma.

Wilmington, Del.-based Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children named Michael Shrader, MD, its new division chief for cerebral palsy.
