Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Domenic Scalamogna of Crisp Regional

Dr. Scalamogna treats injuries and disorders of the muscoskeletal system and specializes in performing hip replacements and arthroscopic knee surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and treats congenital deformities, trauma, infections, degenerative diseases of the spine, hands, feet, knee, hip, should and elbow, as well.
Dr. Scalamogna obtained his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his internship and residency at Bethesda, Md.-based National Naval Medical Center. He then underwent his shoulder and elbow fellowship at Columbus, Ga.-based St. Francis Orthopedic Institute.
