2 orthopedic private practices install EOS imaging system: 3 highlights

Providence, R.I.-based University Orthopedics and the Hey Clinic for Scoliosis and Spine Surgery in Raleigh, N.C., installed the EOS imaging system.

Here are three things to know.

1. EOS imaging develops EOS, a system providing low-dose, 2-D and 3-D orthopedic imaging.

2. The U.S. private practice sector encompasses 73 percent of all orthopedic private practices in the nation.

3. Over 250 installed EOS platforms in 31 countries perform around 1 million patient exams annually.
