Stephen Goldy joins Anika Therapeutics as VP of US Sales — 4 insights

Global medical technology company Anika Therapeutics of Bedford, Mass., appointed Stephen Goldy as its vice president of U.S. sales.

Four insights about Mr. Goldy:

1. Mr. Goldy has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing sales strategy, specializing in the orthopedic, sports medicine and general surgery markets.

2. His newly created role will oversee sales strategy and operations for the firm's hybrid commercial organization in the U.S.

3. Mr. Goldy previously served as regional vice president and director of sales at ConMed Orthopedics in Houston, national accounts manager at Creekridge Capital in Bloomington, Minn., and global financial services manager at London-based medical device company Smith & Nephew.

4. Mr. Goldy earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
