Centinel Spine hits implantation milestone in Australia: 4 insights

Arvind Dubey, MD, implanted his 1,000th level of Centinel Spine's STALIF C-Ti Anterior Cervical Integrated Interbody device at the Royal Hobart Hospital in Tasmania, Australia.

Here are four things to know:

1. Centinel Spine is the largest privately-held spine company focused on anterior column reconstruction.

2. The company offers PEEK, titanium-surfaced PEEK and 3D-printed, all-titanium FLX STALIF Interbody devices.

3. FLX implants feature a combination of solid and porous radiolucent titanium sections designed to reduce mechanical stiffness and improve visibility compared to solid titanium implants.
