Birmingham, Ala.-based Brookwood Baptist Health launched a new orthopedic and sports medicine practice called Precision Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, according to Birmingham Business Journal.
Three details:
1. Precision Sports Medicine and Orthopedics' founding team comprises six orthopedic surgeons and specialists.
2. The new practice has six Alabama locations in the following cities: Alabaster, Chelsea, Clanton, Princeton, Vestavia and Hoover.
3. "Precision Sports Medicine & Orthopedics represents a group of fellowship-trained sports medicine physicians who put patient care at the forefront of their practice," said orthopedic surgeon Michael Patterson, MD, one of Precision's founding team members. "I am excited about the opportunity to continue delivering cutting-edge sports medicine and orthopedic care to our patients while expanding that care throughout Central Alabama and beyond with our partner, Brookwood Baptist Health."
