Here are six recent sports medicine physicians on the move:

Faisal Mahmood, MD, joined NorthEast Spine and Sports Medicine in Ocean County, N.J., and introduced knee arthroscopies to the practice.

 

The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics hired Robert Dombrowski, MD, at Prince William Orthopaedics, Hand Surgery & Medicine Care Center in McLean, Va.

 

The new Las Vegas Golden Knights NHL team hired Jay Mellette as director of performance medicine and head athletic trainer.

 

Joseph E. Noonan, MD, joined Maine's Franklin Memorial Hospital as a sports medicine, shoulder and elbow specialist.

 

Brian M. Babka, MD, and Jerome Kolavo, MD, began seeing patients at Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital, treating DeKalb, Ill., residents' sports and spine-related injuries.
