Brooke Army Medical Center neurology clinic honored for quality of care: 5 notes

The Brooke Army Medical Center neurology clinic, at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, received a Commander's Award trophy, according to DVIDS.

Here are five notes:

 

1. Commander Col. Evan Rend and Command Sgt. Maj. Tabitha Gavia honored the clinic for its impressive patient safety and care quality during the third quarter of 2015.

 

2. The neurology clinic was honored as it received more than 138 Army Provider Level Satisfaction surveys with 100 percent ratings in "overall visit satisfaction" for three consecutive months.

 

3. The clinic provides care for a variety of neurological conditions.

 

4. The Brooke Army Medical Center is a part of the United States Army Medical Command.

 

5. The center's 7T Surgical Trauma Inpatient Unit also received the award.
