10 recent spine devices earning FDA nods

Here are 10 spine devices earning FDA approvals and clearances since Oct. 1.

1. SurGenTec earned FDA clearance for its TiLink-P sacroiliac joint fusion system.

2. DePuy Synthes, Johnson and Johnson's orthopedic company, earned FDA 510(k) clearance for the TriALTIS spine system.

3. Xēnix Medical earned FDA 510(k) clearance for its NeoWave interbody system and Solace sacroiliac fixation system with Nanoactiv nanotechnology.

4. Orthofix earned FDA 510(k) clearance for its OsteoCove advance bioactive synthetic graft.

5. VySpine earned three FDA clearances for its VySpan PCT system, VyLam system and VyLink screw system.

6. Cutting Edge Spine earned its third U.S. patent relative to trabecular screws for all orthopedic fixation.

7. FloSpine earned FDA 510(k) clearance for its KeyLift expandable interlaminar stabilization system.
