OrthoAspen (Colo.) will hold a public showcase of the hospital's DARI Motion platform April 6, Aspen Daily News reports.
What you should know:
1. The Dynamic Athletic Research Institute created the DARI Motion. The platform captures and evaluates a person's movement in real time.
2. OrthoAspen is offering a free eight-minute physical test, which a specialist will assess.
3. The system diagnoses a person's individual musculoskeletal health evaluating mobility, symmetry, strength and alignment.
4. OrthoAspen doesn't own a DARI system and a representative said the hospital has made no decision about purchasing one for long term use.
