Rock Island Elks hosts free children's orthopedic clinic — 5 observations

Rock Island (Ill.) Elks in collaboration with the Illinois Elks Children's Care Corporation is sponsoring a free children's orthopedic assessment clinic, according to QCOnline.com.

Here are five observations:

 

1. The assessment will take place on Nov. 12, 2015 and will be held from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

2. Patients do not need a medical referral.

 

3. The Elks Organization has been serving physically challenge children since 1928.

 

4. Rock Island Elks is one of 17 clinic locations throughout Illinois.

 

5. The Elks Organization will provide financial assistance to the best of their ability for those children who need additional treatment or specialty equipment.
