Tyler, Texas-based Precision Spine Care teamed up with Bow River Capital.
Here are five things to know:
1. In the deal, Bow River Capital recapitalized Roseland Management, a physician management platform, in partnership with Precision Spine Care.
2. Precision Spine Care founding physicians will retain ownership and stake in the group. The spine group's management team will continue to lead the organization.
3. Bow River will provide non-clinical management expertise and financial resources.
4. Precision Spine Care was founded in 2004 by a group of neurosurgeons and interventional pain management specialists. Physicians provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical treatment options as well as minimally invasive treatment options.
