Montecito Medical Real Estate acquired the Pinnacle Orthopaedics Center in Woodstock, Ga., a Class A medical office and surgery center.
Here are three things to know.
1. The two-story, 31,764-square-foot facility features Pinnacle's 10,000-square-foot ASC with two operating rooms. Other tenants include Vascular Surgical Associates and Advanced Dental Restorations.
2. This is the second asset Montecito has acquired in the Atlanta market in the last two months.
3. Pinnacle Orthopaedics has five locations throughout North Atlanta and employs 16 physicians, 10 physician assistants, 17 physical and occupational therapists and several administrative staff.
