Orthopedic surgeon Jacques Toueg, MD, joined Ortho Regenerative Technologies’ scientific advisory board.

1. In addition to practicing, Dr. Toueg is the director of the Montreal Institute for Special Surgery in Montreal, Canada.
2. Specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery, Dr. Toueg is the chief medical officer for the la coupe Roger’s Cup and national tennis training center in Montreal.
3. Dr. Toueg joins Ortho RTi as the group looks to expand its hybrid implants line, which are designed to fix soft tissue injuries.
4. Dr. Toueg earned his medical degree from the University of Montreal in Montreal, Canada. He underwent fellowship training at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
5. Ortho RTi is dedicated to developing therapeutic tissue repair devices to improve the recovery process of sports medicine surgeries. The company’s biopolymer is designed to increasing tendons, meniscus and cartilage healing timelines.
