Denver-based Rose Orthopedic & Spine Center partnered with Apple to provide patients Apple AirPlay.

Here are five points:

 

1. The partnership will provide Rose's patientsApple AirPlay in every patient room. Apple AirPlay allows patients to view whatever content is on their Apple device on the room's TV.

 

2. Patients can view Rose's patient education videos and pre-operative information in the patient's room through the Apple device or onRoseOrthoSpine.com.

 

3. Additionally, pharmacists can teach patients about medications using Apply AirPlay, and physical therapists and occupational therapists can use the device to show patients rehabilitation videos for different exercises.

 

4. Physicians and patients can view medical records together via Apple AirPlay.

 

5. Rose Medical Center is the first U.S. hospital to integrate Apple TVs with Apple AirPlay at its hospital.
