Lancaster (Pa.) Regional Medical Center plans to break ground next month on a new, two-story orthopedic outpatient center, according to the Central Penn Business Journal.

Here are four notes:

1. The center is expected to be complete in early 2017.

2. The 28,000-square-foot building will house two walk-in clinics, one for general medicine and one for orthopedic medicine. It will also feature occupational and sports medicine programs.

3. Orthopedic Specialists of Central PA in Lancaster will move to the center and eventually open a new practice there.

4. Lancaster-based Wohlsen Construction and Oak Tree Development Group are developing the project in Oak Tree Development's Gateway Business Park in Lancaster.
