Downers Grove, Ill.-based M&M Orthopaedics announced that it has reached an agreement to be acquired by Downers Grove, Ill.-based DuPage Medical Group.
The practice will operate as M&M Orthopaedics, a member of DuPage Medical Group, until a new name for the combined orthopedic organization is announced.
Patients will continue receiving care at M&M physicians' current locations. The agreement is expected to close mid-summer. The terms of the agreement were not made public.
