Becker's has reported on two data breaches at orthopedic practices since June 21.
1. Vincera Institute, a sports medicine facility in Philadelphia, issued a notice for a ransomware attack that occurred April 29.
2. Lancaster Orthopedic Group, based in Manheim Township, Pa., is investigating a security breach that exposed the private information of between 500 and 2,000 patients.
