Here is the 2019 compensation for eight orthopedic device company executives based on proxy statement data filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and reported on Salary.com.

1. Former Medtronic CEO Omar Ishrak: $17.5 million
2. Stryker CEO Kevin Lobo: $14.9 million
3. Zimmer Biomet President and CEO Bryan Hanson: $9.7 million
4. Alphatec Spine President, Chairman and CEO Patrick Miles: $7.9 million
5. NuVasive CEO Christopher Barry: $5.4 million
6. Orthofix President and CEO Jon Serbousek: $4 million
7. Globus Medical President and CEO David Demski: $3.4 million
8. Conformis President and CEO Mark Augusti: $2.8 million
