What you should know:
1. Nuvis is a single-use endoscope designed for arthroscopic surgical procedures. The device company rolled out the device to "centers of medical excellence around the world."
2. The disposable nature of the scope combats the safety and sterility issues associated it with permanent scopes.
3. The scope is currently available to select markets, with a worldwide launch expected in 2020.
