Smith & Nephew has launched Conquest FN, its new implant solution to treat femoral neck fractures and promote bone preservation.

Three insights:

1. The system offers a combination of implants, aiming to provide intra-operative and postoperative reduction control.

2. Smith & Nephew collaborated with FX Devices' POGO telescoping compression screw — a tool that provides fracture compression postoperatively and aims to reduce hip pain and complications.

3. The combination of the devices offers surgeons dynamic locking fixation, allowing for increased control when treating fractures.
