1. Ceterix's NovoStitch systems are designed to allow surgeons to arthroscopically place stitches in tight joint compartments, addressing complex meniscal tears.
2. The new NovoStitch Pro includes an updated handle design, well-defined visual cues for stitch placement accuracy and upper jaw texturing for improved stability and control.
3. The NovoStitch Pro Meniscal Repair System is indicated for approximation of soft tissue in meniscal repair procedures. The new system is designed to enable surgeons to place suture patterns that were previously impossible or possible only in open procedures.
4. Meniscus surgery is the most common arthroscopic procedure in the U.S., with approximately 1 million performed annually.
