Zimmer Biomet unveiled its Vitality+ and Vital Spinal Fixation Systems in the United States.
Here are five notes:
1. The Vitality+ Spinal Fixation System includes Vitality+ POWER, which is the first flexible drill as well as a blunted reamer.
2. The system also features Vitality+ PSO, designed for ideal pedicle subtraction osteotomy and vertebral column resection procedures.
3. Vitality+ HOOKS also comes with the system and includes hooks with a variety of throat depths, intended for sublaminar, pedicle and transverse process fixation.
4. The Vitality+ Spinal Fixation System also feature a compact solution for degenerative thoracolumbar procedures.
5. The non-cervical implants are designed for posterior pedicle screw fixation, posterior hook fixation or anterolateral fixation.
