Mainstay Medical appointed Jason Hannon to its board of directors, effective immediately.

2. Previously, Mr. Hannon serves as president and CEO of NuVasive. During his tenure, NuVasive's commercial presence expanded globally to more than 40 countries and grew revenues to $962 million.
3. Currently, Mainstay Medical is focusing on the development and commercialization of ReActiv8, an implantable restorative neurostimulation system to treat chronic low back pain.
4. ReActiv8 has begun a global clinical trial for future FDA approval. Mr. Hannon will work to expand the device globally and continue to build its platform.
