Atlanta-based MedShape added Doug Kohrs and Dennis Stripe to its board of directors.
Here are five highlights:
1. Mr. Kohrs currently serves as president of Foundation for Essential Needs, an organization that provides professional services and monetary support to Minnesota nonprofits to ensure basic human needs are met in their communities.
2. Previously, Mr. Kohrs served as the CEO and director of Bloomington, Minn.-based Tornier.
3. Mr. Stripe currently presides as managing director for Compliant Innovations and director of Central-Insurance Companies.
4. He previously served as CEO and director of Medina, Ohio-based OrthoHelix Surgical Designs.
5. MedShape is a medical device company that manufactures orthopedic devices.
