Medtech revenue up 168%: 5 insights

Medtech reported its revenue for its fiscal second quarter of 2016 and fiscal first half of 2016.

Here are five insights:

 

1. The company reported revenue of $1.2 million for the first quarter of 2016, up from $678,483 from the same period the year prior.

 

2. For the second quarter of 2016, Medtech reported revenue of nearly $3.1 million, up from nearly $1.2 million in the second quarter of 2015.

 

3. The company's half-year revenue for 2015 to 2016 reached approximately $4.3 million.

 

4. With the sale of its eight new ROSA systems, the company's revenue rose 168 percent during the second quarter of the 2015 to 2016 period.

 

5. The company had net cash available of $25.8 million as of Dec. 31, 2015.
