Histogenics appointed Jonathan Lieber as CFO, effective July 2.
Here are four observations:
1. Mr. Lieber has more than 20 years of executive management experience at emerging life sciences companies and in investment banking.
2. Mr. Lieber most recently served as the CFO of Metamark Genetics, a privately held, urology-focused, molecular diagnostics company.
3. He has also served as the CFO and treasurer of Repligen Corporation and CFO of Xcellerex.
4. Histogenics is a regenerative medicine company focused on developing and marketing products in the musculoskeletal marketplace.
