U.S. physician leaders have launched an organization to support positive changes in healthcare, initially focusing on greater use of health IT, according to a news release.
The non-profit group, "Doctors Helping Doctors Transform Health Care," will use social media to educate physicians on HIT's benefits and support its adoption. The physicians in Doctors Helping Doctors will share their HIT experiences with other physicians through videos, audio programs, stories and blog posts.
