Royal Biologics recently launched the Maxx Ultra Cord with clinical applications in spine and neurosurgery.

Three insights:

1. Maxx Ultra Cord is a maximum natural thickness allograft derived from umbilical cord.

2. The device offers an alternative from traditional placenta layer membrane allografts by providing up to eight times thicker membrane options that can be sutured.

3. Maxx Ultra Cord joins the Royal Biologics' birth tissue portfolio, which includes its Amnio-Maxx line of amniotic placental allografts as well as Amnio Maxx RT and Cyro, its placental fluid-based options.
