Neal ElAttrache, MD, team physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers, has performed elbow surgery on the team's left-handed relief pitcher Onelki Garcia, according to a SBNation report.
Dr. ElAttrache removed a bone spur during the procedure.
Onelki is expected to be ready to play at the beginning of the 2014 regular season.
