NuVasive Spine Foundation has contributed $13 million since its inception in 2009 and donated around $10.5 million worth of products.
The Foundation recently completed the 7th Annual NuVasive Spine Foundation San Diego Golf Tournament. The golf tournament raised more than $370,000 — exceeding its $300,000 target and the $230,000 the event raised last year. Donations support mission trips to disadvantaged communities, sponsor patient treatments and purchase essential medical equipment for hospitals and clinics.
Over the past five years, the foundation has supported 65 surgical mission trips to 23 countries.
