Munich Innovation, based in Germany, plans to acquire the Magnetodyn patented portfolio of bone and tissue regeneration technology.
The portfolio includes technology from 10 different patent families, which includes 31 granted patents and 29 active patent applications in the United States, Europe and worldwide.
The Magnetodyn technology is designed for use in orthopedics, trauma, wound care and infection control.
