Exactech's Deferred Prosecution Agreement Expires

Spinal Tech

Exactech announced that the Deferred Prosecution Agreement, effective since in December 2010, has expired. The company has satisfied the DPA obligations and received a Notice of Dismissal of the complaint filed against it. The complaint did not allege the company's conduct adversely affected patient care or health.

The company, like other orthopedic device companies completing their DPAs, will remain under a Corporate Integrity Agreement until December 2015.
