Las Vegas-based Crovetti Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine has tapped Michael Rose as its new director of operations, according to a Jan. 12 report from Nevada Business.
Mr. Rose will oversee the opening of the practice's new location in the Queensridge neighborhood of Las Vegas and assist in managing planned growth for the system.
Mr. Rose has an extensive background in healthcare administration and focuses on elevating healthcare by fostering teamwork and working alongside staff instead of from behind a desk.
Some of his past workplace initiatives include improving clinic and human resource management, enhanced operational oversight, financial growth, increased patient satisfaction, employee morale and the successful establishment of a total joint replacement program.
