Advanced Spine and Pain and Coffey Family Medical closed in August, after the government made fraud allegations against the clinics' owner, The Tennessean reports.

What you should know:

3. Oaktree closed the two Tennessee clinics the same week it closed at least 10 clinics in North and South Carolina.
