All eight Medicare Administrative Contractors have confirmed coverage for the treatment of chronic wounds with Osiris Therapeutics' Grafix.

1. Grafix is a cryopreserved placental membrane comprised of an extracellular matrix rich in collagen, growth factors, fibroblasts, mesenchymal stem cells and epithelial cells native to the tissue.
2. The eight MACs provide Medicare benefits to more than 54 million beneficiaries.
3. Osiris Therapeutics focuses on researching, developing and marketing cellular regenerative medicine products for the orthopedics, sports medicine and wound care markets.
