2. He is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Association of North America.
3. Dr. Moore completed his fellowship at the he American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Ala.
4. While completing his fellowship, Dr. Moore served as an assistant team physician for the Washington Redskins.
5. He will replace Burton F. Elrod, MD, on the Titans’ medical staff.
