1. Dr. Andrews performed arthroscopic surgery on Mr. Perriman’s right knee.

 

2. Mr. Perriman underwent the procedure after aggravating his sprained knee during a game against the Bengals.

 

3. Mr. Perriman is out indefinitely.

 

4. Dr. Andrews is the founding member of Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Institute in Gulf Breeze, Fla.

 

5. He presently serves as the president and chairman of the Board of the Andrews Research and Education Foundation.
