Litchfield Hills Orthopedic building sold for $8.1M

A 37,731-square-foot medical office building in Torrington, Conn., anchored by Litchfield Hills Orthopedic Associates has sold, according to a Nov. 16 report from REBusiness Online.

The building was acquired by a partnership between Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon for $8.1 million. 

Litchfield Hills is an affiliate of Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare.
