San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is slated to have elbow surgery Feb. 22, the NFL reported Feb. 8.
He plans to meet with Keith Meister, MD, Feb. 21 and have surgery the next day, the report said. He was injured in the NFC Championship Game when his arm was hit during an attempt to pass.
Mr. Purdey is expected to be in rehab recovery for six months.
