Orthopedic group upgrades booking, payment processes with new site — 5 insights

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Sonoran Orthopaedics overhauled its website to help patients quickly and easily access information, according to a press release on MENAFN.

Five things to know:

1. The six-surgeon trauma practice has seen a “tremendous increase” in volume, the press release states, making it necessary to streamline booking and payment processes.

2. Sonoran’s website now enables patients to pay their bills online through a “pay my bill” tab and offers online appointment scheduling.

3. The new homepage displays a list of physicians, services and contact information. It also provides access to a patient portal.

4. The website is designed to serve as a resource for new patients, housing information on each physician’s qualifications.

5. Additionally, Sonoran upgraded its servers to enable faster browsing.
